تقرير موجز عن أنشطة الرئاسة العامة لمكتب المحكمة العليا خلال الربع الثالث من عام 1447 هـ ق

قامت الرئاسة العامة لمكتب المحكمة العليا خلال الربع الثالث من عام 1447 هـ ق بالأنشطة المهمة التالية:

1. بناءً على أمر المقام السامي للقيادة وتوجيهات فضيلة قاضي القضاة ورئيس المحكمة العليا، وبمناسبة عيد الفطر المبارك، تم إصدار العفو عن (9003) من المحبوسين أو تم تخفيض مدة عقوبتهم.
2. لقد تم إرسال (2684) کتابا رسمیا ومقترحاً وردت من المحاكم، والوزارات، وإدارات الإمارة المستقلة حول مواضيع مختلفة، إلى الجهات المعنية وذلك بعد تلقي توجيهات المقام السامي بالمحکمة العليا.
3. تم تنظيم وعقد ثلاث جلسات للهيئة المركزية لرؤية الهلال، و(12) جلسة لهيئة المناهج التعليمية.
4. قام الرئيس العام لمكتب المقام السامي بالمحكمة العليا بلقاء عشرات المراجعين بهدف الاستماع إلى مشاكلهم وإيجاد الحلول لها، أو قام عند الحاجة بتسهيل وترتيب
