د پکتيا ولايت د وزي ځدراڼ ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې مسؤولينو په هڅو د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه

د پکتيا ولايت د وزي ځدراڼ ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې مسؤولينو په هڅو؛ د قومي مشرانو او سپين‌ږيرو په منځګړیتوب، په ۲۹/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق نېټه د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه.
په یاده موضوع کې دواړه طرفونو پر يو بل باندې د خپل پلار د وژنې او څو تنو د زخمي کېدو ادعا درلوده، چې ابتدائیه محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په غور او دقت وڅېړل شوه.
ابتدائیه محکمې دواړه طرفونه سولې ته وهڅول؛ دوی هم ومنله او موضوع يې د قومي مشرانو په شتون کې د ابتدائیه محکمې له خوا د قضائي قرار په صادرېدو سره رسماً پای ته ورسېده.
