به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی دره بوم ولايت بادغيس بالای دو تن به جرم خوردن روزه؛ به تاريخ ۲/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه مجرمين را به دو ـ دو ماه حبس تنفیذی و ۲۰ـ ۲۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که مجرمين مذکور به اين فیصله قناعت داشتند.
این فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
