جلسۀ هفته‌وار میان مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ ۲۷ /۱۰ /۱۴۴۷ه‍ـ ق جلسۀ هفته‌وار دایر گردید.   
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد، وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس مولوی محی الدین (عظیمی) مفتی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامۀ محکمۀ مرافعه (الفصل التاسع في العنین وغیره) از کتاب معین القضات والمفتین را برای اشتراک کنند‌گان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود.
متعاقبا مولوی عبدالله (فانی) رئیس دیوان جزای محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ شهری متحدالمآل نمبر (59)، سال ۱۴۴۴ه‍ـ ق را برای حاضرین جلسه تشریح نمود.
جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
