به اساس فيصله محکمه ابتدائیه شیخعلی ولايت پروان بالای دو تن به شمول يک زن به جرم روابط نامشروع؛ به تاريخ ۲۹/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمه ابتدائیه مجرمين را از يک تا دو سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور مسؤولين محکمه ابتدائیه و دیگر ادارات امارتی و مردم عام تطبيق شد.
