د خوست ولايت مرافعه محکمې رئیس الحاج مولوي عين الله (خليل)، د مرافعه، ښاري ابتدائيه محاکمو د دېوانونو او د ولسواليو ابتدائيه محاکمو رئیسانو او مفتيانو سره په ګډه همغږۍ د مصلحينو د عرفي صلحو د پرېکړو د حل او فصل  او شرعي فقهي جزئياتو سره سم د لا ښه افهام او پوهاوي په موخه، په ۲۴/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق نېټه غونډه وشوه.
په دې غونډه کې د ټولو ګډونوالو نظرونه واخیستل شول او د مرافعه محکمې رئیس لخوا د اصلاحي فيصلو د حل او فصل په موخه ټولو قضاتو ته د شريعت او اصولو په رڼا کې لارښوونې وشوې.
