أنجزت رئاسة الأمانة العامة بالمحكمة العليا خلال الربع الثاني من عام 1447 هـ المهام والأنشطة الرئيسية التالية:
قامت رئاسة الأمانة العامة خلال الربع الثاني بمعالجة (۱۳۷۰) ملفّاً وفقاً للأصول والنظم القانونية، شملت (۶۷۸) ملفّاً متعلقاً بنقل الاختصاص القضائي، و(۱۷۳) موضوعا متعلقاً بطلبات الاستيضاح، و(۱۸۰) ملفّا متنوعاً، و(۳۹) ملفّاً یتعلق بتنازع الاختصاص، و(۹۹) ملفّاً متعلقاً بمخالفات القضاة، و(۱۸۹) ملفّاً متعلقا بطلبات إعادة النظر، و(۱۲) موضوعا متعلقا بالتعامیم.
