Brief Report of the High Authority Correspondence Directorate of the Supreme Court for the Second Quarter of 1447 AH
During the second quarter of 1447 AH, the High Authority Correspondence Directorate of the Supreme Court carried out the following key activities:
1. A total of 625 official letters were received from ministries, Emirate institutions, commissions, courts of 34 provinces, and other relevant offices addressed to the Supreme Court. Following instructions, these letters were forwarded to the relevant authorities for necessary process.
2. 1,235 official letters were received from the Ministry of Communications and referred to the relevant departments.
3. 895 official letters were received from the Office of the Prime Minister, the Directorate for Monitoring Orders and Decrees, ministries, organizations, companies, Emirate and non-Emirate banks, and central departments of the Supreme Court. These included files related to guidance, appeals, delegation of authority, court transfers, and instructions for courts across the country. After instructions, they were forwarded to the relevant authorities.
4. A total of 14,973 letters and parcels were received and dispatched to the Archive Management Office for processing and further processing. Through the Archive, 7,039 letters and parcels were sent to provincial courts and other Emirate offices for implementation, along with 1,646 published parcels distributed to courts and other Emirate institutions.
5. The said Directorate received 181 letters from courts across the country. Of these, 148 letters regarding registers and other documents were promptly sent to the requesting courts. Additionally, 33 letters (from 1400 to 1404 AH); 179 volumes of annual reports and 7,300 judicial orders from the Supreme Court Public Security Office were archived and stored.
6. 4,086 petitions from visitors were registered in relevant offices and returned to their owners according to the directives of the High Authority. Petitions unrelated to courts or unlawful requests were addressed with proper guidance to the petitioners.
7. 504 letters were processed in accordance with directives of the Supreme Court High Authority and official communications were sent to the relevant offices.
8. 180 judicial orders, 4 decrees, and 4 approvals were received from the Amir al-Mu’minin, (حفظه الله تعالی) the Prime Minister, and the Cabinet. Following directives, these were forwarded to relevant authorities for implementation.
