جلسۀ هفته‌وار میان مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

 تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ 4 /6 /1447 هـ ق جلسۀ هفته‌وار میان مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید
ابتداء جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس مولوی محی‌الدین (عظیمی) مفتی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامۀ محکمۀ مرافعه (الباب الثالث عشر في التعزیر) از کتاب معین القضات والمفتین را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح وتشریح نمود.
در ادامه مولوی عبدالله (فانی) رئیس دیوان جزاء محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ شهری متحدالمآل نمبر (۴۵) سال ۱۴۴۵هـ ق و متحدالمآل نمبر ‍(۴۵) سال ۱۴۴۴هـ ق را برای حاضرین جلسه تشریح نمود.
جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
