به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی آقچه ولايت جوزجان بالای دو تن به شمول يک زن به جرم داشتن ارتباط نامشروع؛ به تاريخ ۳/۳/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری در محضر عام تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين را از شش ماه تا يک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۱۵ـ ۱۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای مجرمين تطبيق شد.
