به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ دولت آباد ولايت فارياب بالای دو تن به اتهام سرقت؛ به تاريخ ۲۹/ ۲/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهمين را به يک ـ یک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۶ـ ۳۶ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالي ستره محکمه بالای متهمين تطبيق شد.
این حکم محکمه در حضور رئيس محکمۀ ابتدائیه، مفتی، علماء کرام ، مسؤولین ملکی، نظامی و جمع کثیری از مردم عام تطبيق شد.
