د کابل ولایت د نشه‌یي توکو او مسکراتو څخه د مخنیوي ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې نهو کسانو ته د نشه‌يي ګوليو تابلیت کا، ذیکپ او چرسو د خرڅلاو او قاچاق په جرم؛ په ۷/ ۱۲/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائیه محکمې یاد مجرمین له شپږو میاشتو تر اوو میاشتو پر تنفيذي بند او له ۱۰ څخه تر ۲۰ دُرو پر تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو.
 ياده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر یادو مجرمینو تطبيق شوه.
