به اساس فيصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ شهری ولايت پروان بالای یک زن به اتهام فعل زنا؛ به تاريخ ۵/ ۱۲/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائيهٔ شهری متهم مذکور را به ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در صحن تعمیر محکمهٔ ابتدائیۀ شهری در حضورداشت مسؤولين، مراجعين و مردم محل تطبیق گرديد.
