به اساس فيصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ ولسوالی قلعه زال ولايت کندز به شمول يک زن بالای دو تن به اتهام فعل زنا؛ به تاريخ ۲۹/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ متهمین مذکور را به سه ـ سه سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند.
اين فيصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
