جلسهٔ اداری محکمهٔ ابتدائیه شهری ولایت بغلان دایر گردید

جلسه اداری محکمهٔ ابتدائیه شهری پلخمری ولایت بغلان روز یکشنبه مؤرخ ۲۹ /۱۰ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در رابطه به تشریح و فهم اصولنامه اداری محاکم و مجلة الاحکام برای قضات و کارمندان اداری آن محکمهٔ دایر گردید. 
 جلسهٔ با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز گردید؛ سپس اجرا، توضیح و تشریح مواد کتاب اصولنامه اداری محاکم و مواد مجلة الاحکام جهت افزایش معلومات و ساده سازی آن توسط مولوی تاج محمد محرر قضائی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامه محکمه شهری به خوانش گرفته شد و توضیحات لازم ارائیه گردید.
در ادامه اين جلسهٔ روی موارد فوق بحث های همه جانبه صورت گرفت.
 جلسهٔ با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
