په ارزګان ولايت کې درېيو کسانو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د ارزګان ولايت د خاص ارزګان ولسوالۍ ابتدائيه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې دوو کسانو ته د قتل او لواطت په تور او يو کس ته د نامشروع اړيکو په جرم؛ په ۱۰/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محکمې د یادو کسانو له ډلې يو متهم پر يو کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو، دويم متهم پر يو کال او شپږ مياشتې تنفيذي بند او ۳۰ دُرو، یو مجرم پر شپږ مياشتې تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړی و.
یاده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر متهمينو او مجرم تطبيق شوه.
