جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس و اشتراک رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعه به تاریخ ۶ /۷ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در مقر محکمۀ مرافعه جلسۀ رؤسا دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مفتی خیرالله (حقیار) عضو مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد، وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس مولوی عبدالله (فانی) رئیس دیوان جزاء محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری مبحث شهادت و نصاب ها در کتاب معین القضات والمفتین را برای قضات تشریح نمود.
در ادامۀ اين جلسه مولوی صفی الله (حلیمی) متحدالمآل نمبر (۱۶)، سال ۱۴۴۳ هـ ق، متحدالمآل نمبر (۱۴)، سال ۱۴۴۴ هـ ق و متحدالمآل نمبر (۱۸)، سال ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود.
جلسه با دعاء خير خاتمه يافت.
