د کابل ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې لخوا دوو متهمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې اړوند کابل ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې، څلورم زون د جزا دېوان الف جزء د پرېکړې له مخې د يوې ښځې په ګډون دوو کسانو ته چې پر زنا متهم وو؛ نن سه شنبې (۷/۶/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق) نېټه د یادې محکمې په انګړ کې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
د جزا دېوان يو متهم پر يو کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو او دويمه متهمه پر شپږ میاشتې تنفيذي او ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکومه کړې وه؛ چې ياده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر متهمينو تطبيق شوه.
