رئيس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس از محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی قادس آن ولایت بازدید نمود

محترم مولوی عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ 27/6/1446هـ ق از محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی قادس آن ولایت بازدید نمود.
رئیس محکمۀ مرافعه در اين دیدار نخست با قضات و سایر مامورین محکمۀ ابتدائیه ملاقات نمود و از کارکرد محکمه، دوسیه های حقوقی و جزائی، کتاب حاضری پرسونل قضائی و اداری دیدن و کنترول نمود و برای شان تأکید کرد که قضات و پرسونل اداری پابند به حاضری خویش باشند.
محترم مولوی عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) در ادامۀ اين دیدار بخاطری بحث و گفتگو در خصوص برخی موضوعات مرتبط با ولسوال آن ولسوالی ملاقات کرد و تأکید نمود که به مشکلات و دعاوی مردم به وقت و زمان معین رسیدگی صورت گیرد، تا مشکلات مردم مرفوع گردیده و از بخش قضاء شکایت نداشته باشند.
