مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت بغلان برای وکلای مدافع و عریضه نویسان آن ولايت سیمینار یک روزه را برگزار کرد

مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت بغلان به تاريخ ۲۶/ ۶/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق برای وکلای مدافع و عریضه نویسان آن ولایت در مقر محکمۀ مرافعه سیمينار یک روزه را برگزار کرد. 
اين سيمينار با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجيد آغاز گرديد؛ بعداً محترم الحاج مولوی محمد صابر (حنفی) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه طرز نوشتن عرایض حقوقی و جزائی مطابق رهنمود عریضه نویسی، را برای عریضه نویسان آموزش داد.
موصوف همچنان برای وکلای مدافع پیرامون نوشتن صورت دعوى، دفع دعوى، اعتراض و دفع اعتراض رهنمائی های مفید را ارائیه کرد.
اين سيمينار با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
