حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت خوست تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت خوست تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی نادر شاه کوټ ولايت خوست امروز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۱۹/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق به شمول یک زن بالا دو تن به جرم فساد اخلاقی در مقر محکمه مذکور حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
 
محکمۀ ابتدائيه مجرمين مذکور را به ۳۹ ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.

فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیه در حضورداشت منسوبین قضائی، کارمندان ملکی، نظامی و شماری از باشندگان محل تطبيق شد.

اين جلسه بعد از تطبیق حکم جزای تعزیری به دعاء خیر به پایان رسید.
