رئیس دیوان مدنی ستره محکمه در رأس یک هیئت به ولایت کندز سفر کرد

محترم شیخ محمد قسیم (محمدی) رئیس دیوان مدنی ستره محکمه به همراهی مفتی محمد حسین (کوثری)، مفتی عزیزالله (حیدری) و مفتی عرفان الله (حامد) در سلسله سفرهای شان به ولایات شمال، امروز دوشنبه (تاريخ ۹/ ۱/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق) وارد ولایت کندز شد.
رئیس دیوان مدنی ستره محکمه و هیئت همراهش در جریان این سفر چندین قضیۀ مغلق و پیچیده را که قبلاً از طرف محاکم تحتانی فیصله شده اما نقض گردیده بود و نیاز به فیصله مستقل داشت، بعد از تحقیق و بررسی همه جانبه حل و فصل و به طرفین نزاع ابلاغ نمود. 
علاوه بر آن هیئت متذکره با رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ کندز، رئیس و اعضای دیوان مدنی محکمۀ مرافعه و محکمۀ شهری جلسۀ همآهنگی دائر نمود و در مورد حل و فصل دعاوی حقوقی و دعاوی زمین‌های املاکی برای آنها رهنمائی‌های لازم توضیح نمود.
