رئیس دیوان مدنی ستره محکمه به ولایت بغلان سفر نمود

به تاریخ ۲۹/ ۱۲/ ۱۴۴۵هـ ق محترم شیخ محمد قسیم (محمدی) رئیس دیوان مدنی ستره محکمه به همراهی مفتی محمد حسین (کوثری) و مفتی عزیزالله (حیدری) به ولایت بغلان سفر نمود.
رئیس ديوان مدنی ستره محکمه در اين سفر و دیدار در مورد دوسیه‌های مهم مربوطه از نزدیک تحقیق و جستجو کرد.
همچنان در اين سفر با مسؤولین و رؤسای محکمۀ مرافعۀ بغلان جلسه مشترک دایر نمود؛ به آنها در مورد چگونگی حل و فصل قضایای مدنی هدایات لازم را ارائيه کرد، تا مشکلات مردم هر چه زودتر خاتمه یابد.
