در ولايت کندز بالای چهار متهمين حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق گرديد

در ولايت کندز بالای چهار متهمين حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق گرديد

امروز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۲۱/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۵هـ ق به اساس فيصله ديوان الف محکمه ابتدائيه ولسوالی امام صاحب بالای چهار تن که متهم به زنا، لواطت و بچه بازی بودند، در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
از طرف محکمه ابتدائيه ولسوالی امام صاحب از جمله متهمين يک متهم به مدت شش ماه حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری، متهم دوم به مدت چهار ماه حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری، دو متهم دیگر به مدت دوه دوه سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ـ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم گرديده بودند.
