په ۱۴/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۵هـ ق نېټه د میدان وردګ ولایت د مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئیس محترم مفتي عبدالله (فرقاني) د یاد ولایت له مرکزي زندان څخه ليدنه وکړه.
په دې ليدنه کې لومړی د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د یاد زندان له آمر مولوي صلاح الدین سره د بنديانو د دوسیو په اړه خبرې وکړې، ورپسې يې د بنديانو څخه له نږدې لیدنه وکړه.
محترم مفتي فرقاني د بندیانو سره په لیدنه کې د هغوی وضعیت له نږدې بررسي کړ او د هغوی ضروریات یې واورېدل.
د مرافعه محکمې رئیس زندانیانو ته ډاډ ورکړ چې دوسیو ته به یې په ټاکلي وخت رسېدنه کېږي.
