په ۸/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق نېټه د بغلان ولایت د مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئیس محترم الحاج مولوي محمد یوسف (ابوالوفاء) د کارونو د تعقیب او نظارت په موخه د یاد ولايت د خوست ولسوالۍ له ابتدائيه محکمې څخه لیدنه وکړه.

په دې ليدنه کې د مرافعه محکمې د مدني دېوان رئيس مولوي علي ګل (حمیدي) او د مرافعه محکمې د مفرزه قطعې عمومي قوماندان مولوي عبدالمتین (قریشي) د مرافعه محکمې د رئيس ملتيا کوله.

د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د يادې ابتدائيه محکمې قضائي او اداري کارکوونکو ته د کارونو د منظم والي او لا چټکتیا هدایت وکړ او د هېوادوالو ستونزو ته په خپل وخت د رسېدنې لارښوونه يې ورته وکړه.
