حسمت محاكم محافظة فارياب (284) وثيقة خلال أسبوعين بالإضافة إلى حل (309) سندا

حسمت محاكم محافظة فارياب (284) وثيقة خلال أسبوعين بالإضافة إلى حل (309) سندا


ملخص الإجراءات القضائية لمحاكم محافظة فارياب، دواوين المحكمة المرافعة، و الوثائق، و المحكمة الابتدائية المدنية، والمحاكم الابتدائية للمديريات من تاريخ (1/5/1445 ه ق إلى 15/5/1445 ه ق) في الأقسام الحقوقية والجزائية والوثائق هو كما يلي.
في القسم الجزائي:
وصل (69) سندا جزائيا إلى المحاكم خلال أسبوعين، بينما كانت هناك عدة أسناد قيد المعالجة من قبل.
من بينها تم إرجاع سندين كتابيا ، صدر القرار القضائي في (36) سندا، تم حسم (45) سندا آخر وبقية الأسناد قيد البحث.
في القسم الحقوقي:
وصل (238) سندا حقوقيا إلى المحاكم خلال أسبوعين، بينما كانت هناك عدة أسناد المعالجة.
من بينها تم إرجاع (10) أسناد كتابيا، صدر القرار القضائي في (120) سندا، تم حسم (96) سندا آخر وبقية الأسناد قيد البحث.
في قسم الوثائق:
تم تنفيذ (284) وثيقة مختلفة كذلك خلال أسبوعين في محاكم محافظة فارياب.
