بالای دو تن از متهمین در ولایت بامیان حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد


به تاریخ ٣/٢٣/ ١٤٤٥ هـ ق به اساس حکم محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی شبر ولایت بامیان و قرار تائیدی ریاست دیوان جزای عمومی تمیز مرکز ستره محکمه به شمول یک زن بالای دو تن از متهمین جرم فعل زنا جزای تعزیری داده شد.
در گردهمائی که بخاطر تطبیق حکم جزای تعزیری در مقر آن راه اندازی شده بود علاوه بر مسؤولان محاکم و ادارات دیگر تعداد کثیر از باشندگان محل نیز حضور داشتند.
در گردهمائی ذکر شده، نخست خلص قضایای متهمین خوانده شد و بعداً بالای هر یک آن حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق گردید.
