د هیواد له زندانونو څخه د لوی اختر په مناسبت د آزاد شوو بندیانو د خوشي کېدو په اړه د سترې محکمې خبرتیا

 

د افغانستان اسلامي امارت د محترم مشرتابه د عالي مقام د (۵۷۸) ګڼې او ۱۴۴۴/۹/۲۴ هـ.ق نېټې   د هدایت په اساس  او د سترې محکمې د رئیس او قاضي القضات صاحب په حکم د هیواد په کچه له زندانونو څخه ( ۲۱۷۸ ) هغه زندانیان چې د عفوې مستحق وو خوشي شول او ( ۴۸۹  ) نور بندیان چي د تخفیف وړ وو د بند په موده کې تخفیف ورکړل شو.
د یادونې وړ ده چې د سترې محکمې د عالي شورا د تصویب نمبر (۳۵) مؤرخ ۶/۹/۱۴۴۴ هـ ق د دوهمې پرېکړې په اساس د هیواد په سطحه د بې سرنوشته او عفوې مستحق بندیانو د معلومولو لپاره بېلا بېل پلاوي جوړ شوي وو، د یادو پلاوو تر هراړخیزې هیئتۍ وروسته د پورته ذکر شوو بندیانو د خوشي کېدو او د یو شمېر نورو زندانیانو د بند په موده کې د تخفیف پرېکړه شوې ده.
