بالای 11 تن از مجرمین در ولایت بدخشان جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد 

یوم جمعه تاریخ(26 /7 /1444 هـ ق) به اساس حکم دیوان جزاء محکمۀ شهری ولایت بدخشان به شمول دو زن بالای 11 تن از مجرمین به اساس داشتن جرایم فساد اخلاقی، ارتباط نامشروع و قوادی جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد.
این حکم جزاء تعزیری پس از ادای نماز جمعه حوالی ساعت (1:30) بعد از ظهر با حضور داشت متفذین، علماء، دانشمندان، مقامات بلند رتبه دولتی اعم از ملکی و نظامی ولایت بدخشان در محل سکونت مجرمین قضیه فوق در ناحیۀ هفتم قریه بتاش شهر فیض‌آباد تطبق شد؛ تا پند به خود شان و عبرت به دیگران گردد. 
باید گفت که دوسیه‌های مجرمین فوق الذکر توسط دیوان جراء محکمۀ شهری بررسی شده بود و مجرمین به فیصلۀ صادر شده قناعت داشتند.
