بالای شش مجرم در ولایت غور حکم جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد

بالای شش مجرم در ولایت غور حکم جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد

روز سه شنبه تاریخ (۱۶ /۷ /۱۴۴۴ هـ ق) به اساس حکم محاکم ولایت غور در استیدیوم ورزشی این ولایت بالای سه تن از مجرمین به اساس داشتن جرایم فساد اخلاقی و تولید شراب  جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.

دوسیه های این مجرمین در دیوان جزای محکمه شهری، دیوان امنیت عامۀ محکمۀ شهری و دیوان امنیت عامه محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت غور بررسی و نهایی شده است.

در نشست که به خاطر طبیق جزای تعزیری به این مجرمین تدویر یافته بود؛ مسؤولان محاکم و ادارات دیگر ولایتی، علماء و شیوخ کرام، متنفذین قوم و باشنده‌گان دیگر محلی اشتراک کرده بوده‌اند.

نشست با تلاوت چندی از آیات کلام الله مجید آغاز شد؛ سپس علماء و شیوخ کرام پیرامون موضوعات مختلف سخنرانی کرد.

در اخیر به مجرمین فوق الذکر جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد و نشست با دعائیه خیر خاتمه یافت.
