In Parwan Province, the Divine Order of “Hadd Qadhf” Was Implemented on a Criminal
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
الحمدلله و کفی والصلاة والسلام علی عباده الذین اصطفی، اما بعد:
Allah (SWT) says
. وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءٍ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَنِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الْفَٰسِقُون
[Surah An-Nur, Ayaat No 4]
Translation: And those who accuse chaste women, then do not bring four witnesses, flog them with eighty lashes and do not accept their testimony forever. And they are the defiantly disobedient.
Today, in the sports stadium of Parwan province, the divine order of “Hadd Qadhf” was implemented on a criminal.
In this case, the criminal was Esa Khan, son of Mohammad Amin and grandson of Tora Baz, had accused Abdul Razzaq, son of Gul Amin and grandson of Hazrat Mir, committed in Zina.
This matter was thoroughly investigated by the three courts of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Primary, appellate, and Tamiz), where the accuser failed to prove his claim.
Thus, the three courts of the Islamic Emirate issued the sentence of Hadd Qadhf for the accused, due to the crime of falsely accusing someone of Zina, sentencing him to eighty Shari’ah- prescribed lashes according to the divine ruling. this verdict was referred to the esteemed leadership of the Islamic Emirate for confirmation.
His excellency Amir al-Mu’minin (Hafizahullah Tala) of the Islamic Emirate, after necessary investigations, confirmed the verdict of the three courts and issued an order for its implementation.
The respected Chief Justice of the Supreme Court assigned a team led by the honorable Mufti Atiqullah (Dawresh), head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court, to implement the order of the Amir al-Mu’minin (Hafizahullah Tala) in Parwan province in the presence of the court officials, other administrative authorities, and the general public.
A meeting which was convened for this purpose, attended by Mufti Atiqullah “Dawresh”, head of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court, along with his accompanying delegation; the Head of the Parwan Appellate Court, Honorable Haji Mawlawi Mir Aqha “Khalid”; the Governor of Parwan, Honorable Haji Mawlawi Muhammad Abu Al-Wafa “Usmani”; the head of the Ulama Council Honorable Alhaj Mowlawi Abdul Wali “Qarizada”; the Provincial security commander, Haji Qari Muhammad Javid “Zia-ur-Rahman”; other officials from various Emirate institutions, and a large gathering of citizens participated.
