د کندهار ولایت د مرافعه محکمې رئیس محترم شیخ محمد (محمدي)، د مرافعه محکمې د عامه امنيت دېوان محرر مولوي عبدالستار په ملتيا، په ۲۷/ ۱/ ۱۴۴۸هـ ق نېټه په یاد ولايت کې پر نشه‌يي توکو د روږدو کسانو له محبس څخه ليدنه وکړه.
د ليدنې په پيل کې د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د یاد محبس زندانیانو ته اصلاحي تفصيلي بیان وکړ؛ ورپسې یاد هيئت د بندیانو اړتیاوې او غوښتنې واورېدې او ډاډ یې ورکړ، چې غوښتنو ته به یې د اصولو سره سم رسېدنه وشي.
