د کندهار ولايت پنجوايي ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې مسؤولينو په ډېرو هڅو؛ د قومي مشرانو او سپين‌ږیرو په منځګړیتوب، د دوو کلیو ترمنځ د ویالې په سر (۷۰) کاله مخکې رامنځته شوې شخړه او جنجال، په ۱۹/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حل او فصل کړه.
یاده موضوع ابتدائیه محکمې ته له راجع کېدو وروسته په غور او دقت وڅېړل شوه؛ دواړه طرفونه د سولې له لارې د شخړې حل ته وهڅول شول او دوی هم ومنله.
ورپسې یاده موضوع د ابتدائیه محکمې، نورو امارتي ادارو مسؤولينو او قومي مشرانو په شتون کې حل او د دوو قومونو ترمنځ لویه شخړه رسماً پای ته ورسېده.
