به اساس فيصلۀ دیوان جزای محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت غور بالای دو تن به شمول يک زن به جرم فساد اخلاقی؛ امروز دوشنبه (مؤرخ ۱۹/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
دیوان جزا مجرمين را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
