رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بدخشان از محاکم ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی‌های کشم و تگاب آن ولایت بازدید نمود

محترم الحاج مولوی محمد صابر (حنفی) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بدخشان؛ به تاریخ ۱۹ /۲ /۱۴۴۷هـ ق از محاکم ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی‌های کشم و تگاب آن ولایت بازدید بعمل آورد.
در این بازدید اجراآت قضائی و اداری ملاحظه گردید، در مورد اجراآت ضروری و مفید به مسؤولین آن محاکم رهنمائی لازم صورت گرفت.
رئیس محکمۀ مرافعه به اعضای قضائی و اداری محاکم ولسوالی‌های متذکره هدایت داد که دوسیه‌های مراجعین را طبق احکام شرعی و اصول محاکم امارت اسلامی حل و فصل نمایند.
