حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو متهم در ولايت غور تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو متهم در ولايت غور تطبيق شد

به اساس فیصله محکمهٔ ابتدائیه ولسوالی پسابند ولايت غور بالای دو تن که متهم بر لواطت بودند؛ به تاريخ ۱۵/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائیه متهمين مذکور را به يک ـ یک ماه و دوـ دو روز حبس تنفيذی و ۱۵ـ ۱۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضورداشت محترم شیخ عبدالکریم (صمیم) رئیس عمومی محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ، رؤسای ادارات امارتی و مردم محل تطبيق گرديد.
