حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت سرپل تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت سرپل تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصله محکمهٔ ابتدائیه ولسوالی سنچارک ولايت سرپل به شمول یک زن بالای دو تن به جرم روابط نامشروع؛ به تاريخ ۸/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائیه مجرمين مذکور را به سه ـ سه ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۱۰ـ ۱۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد. 
حکم جزای تعزیری در مقر محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ در حضورداشت اعضای قضائی، کارمندان اداری و خدماتی، پرسونل نظامی و مراجعین تطبیق گردید.
