جلسۀ هماهنگی تحت ریاست رئيس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت بدخشان داير گرديد

تحت ریاست محترم حفیظ الله (محمدی) رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت بدخشان؛ به اشتراک قضات و رؤسای دیوان‌های مرافعه، دیوان‌های محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری و مسؤولین ریاست زندان به تاريخ ۴/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق جلسۀ هماهنگی دایر گردید.
در این جلسه روی موضوعات مختلف از قبیل چگونگی رهایی محبوسین، تعین سرنوشت شان، ارسال اوراق اصلی سجل توقیف به زندان، چگونگی احضار و انتقال محبوسین به محاکم جهت تحقیق و بررسی، دوسیه‌های نسبتی شان و دوسیۀ که از یک محکمه به محکمۀ دیگر انتقال می‌نماید، صحبت و بحث همه جانبه صورت گرفت.
در ادامه اين جلسه روی موضوعات لازم دیگر نیز بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت.
