د روان ۲۶ /۵ /۱۴۴۵ هـ ق نېټه د کندهار ولایت مرافعه محکمې رئیس محترم شیخ مولوي غلام حضرت په مشرۍ يو پلاوي چې د مرافعه محکمې د نظامي منسوبینو دېوان قضائي هيئت او د يادې محکمې محرر يې ملتيا کوله د کندهار زون د نظامي محکمې له قضائي او اداري اجراآتو ليدنه او څارنه وکړه.
 په ياده ليدنه کې د کندهار د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د يادې محکمې قضائي او اداري کارکوونکو ته د شرعي اصولو مطابق سپارښتنې او لارښوونې وکړې.
 د یادې ليدنې په دوام ياد پلاوي د نظامي محکمې له محبس څخه لیدنه وکړه، د یادو بندیانو ستونزې يې واورېدې او اړونده مسؤولینو ته يې د دوی د ستونزو د حل په موخه لازمې لارښوونې وکړې.
