دوشنبه د ۱۴۴۴/۱۱/۹ ھ ق نېټه د هلمند د مرافعه محکمې د رئیس مولوي محمد نبي حماس صاحب په مشري یو مل پلاوي د نهر سراج ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې ته د اداري او قضائي چارو د ارزوني په موخه سفر وکړ.
یاد پلاوي د محکمې محبس، اداري کارونو، د بندیانو د فیصلو، اوسېدو ځای او د محبس نورو اړینو موضوعاتو پوښتنه وکړه.
همدا راز له نظارت وروسته د نهر سراج ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې په انګړ کې د یادې ولسوالۍ امنیه قومندان او ولسوال صاحب سره ګډ مجلس وکړ، چې دواړو لوريو یو او بل ته د مشترکو همکاریو ډاډ ورکړ، په پای کې د حماس مولوي صاحب له لوري د محبس د مسؤلینو سره د محبس اړتیاوو ته په کتو کافي اندازه مرسته وشوه.
