به اساس فیصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی قوش تپه ولايت جوزجان بالای شش تن به شمول دو زن به جرم روابط نامشروع، توهين به مسؤولین امارت اسلامی، خوردن روزه و اتهام زنا، به تاريخ ۱۰/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمه ابتدائیه مجرمين و متهمین را از شش ماه تا دو سال حبس تنفيذی و از ۲۰ تا ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
