During the second quarter of the year 1447 AH, the Dawat and Irshad Directorate of the Supreme Court carried out the following important activities:
1. During the second quarter, the Dawat and Irshad Directorate conducted daily half-hour teaching sessions after the Zuhr (afternoon) prayer for the staff of all directorates of the Supreme Court, in accordance with the curriculum provided by the Ministry of the Amr bil Ma'ruf and Nahi Anil Munkar
2. During the second quarter, in accordance with the decree of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (حفظه الله), the following were taught: The Law on the Amr bil Ma'ruf and Nahi Anil Munkar, decrees, orders, rulings, instructions and guidance circulars, the Guidance Book, the Effects of Obedience on Strengthening the Sharia System, the decree and recommendations regarding the establishment of prayer, and the decree concerning the prevention of harmful customs.
3. During the second quarter, the Dawat and Irshad Directorate delivered reform-oriented lectures twice a week to all members of the Supreme Court, and at various times conducted instruction from military-related books for the Mujahideen of the protective unit of the Supreme Court.
4. During the second quarter, the Dawat and Irshad Directorate conducted three supervisory visits to the central directorates of the Supreme Court. Accordingly, one directorate was visited each day, and constructive recommendations were provided to enhance their performance.
5. During the second quarter, the Dawat and Irshad Directorate organized three consultative meetings for the respected senior scholars (Shuyukh), heads, officials, judges, and judicial members of the Supreme Court.
6. During the second quarter, The Dawat and Irshad Directorate conducted three supervisory visits to the personnel of the Kabul Province Appellate Court, Documents (wasaiq), Judicial Education, Urban Primary Courts, Counter-Narcotics Courts, Military Courts, the General Directorate of Huqooq (Rights), and the Security and Executive Affairs Directorate of the Supreme Court, where special sessions were held for reform purposes.
