د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې د وثیقو د تصحېح کمېسیون په يوه مياشت کې د (۱۱۳) وثیقو د تصحېح قرارونه صادر کړي

د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې د وثیقو د تصحېح کمېسیون په یوه میاشت کې (له ۳ /۷ /۱۴۴۷هـ ق څخه تر ۱ /۸ /۱۴۴۷هـ ق) نېټې  پورې د (۱۱۳) بېلابېلو وثیقو د تصحېح قرارونه صادر کړې دي.
د یادونې وړ ده چې یاد کمېسیون د ټولو هغو وثیقو د تصحېح لپاره د سترې محکمې عالي مقام پر هدایت جوړ شوی چې مخکې د کابل ولایت په ټولو محاکمو کې ترتیب شوې وي او یادو وثیقو د ترتیب پر مهال په سمه توګه نه وي ډکې شوې، یا هم د وثیقو د ذی النفع شخص په نورو اسنادو کې د تغیراتو په راتګ سره د یاد شخص وثیقه تصحېح ته اړتیا ولري.
