به اساس فيصلهٔ دیوان جزا محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولايت غور بالای چهار تن به شمول دو زن به جرم فساد اخلاقی؛ به تاریخ ۶/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق در استدیوم ورزشی حکم جزای تعزيری تطبيق شد.
دیوان جزا مجرمين مذکور را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصلهٔ بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور محترم شیخ عبدالکریم (صمیم) رئیس عمومی محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ، اعضای قضائی و مردم عام تطبيق شد.
