به اساس فيصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ ولسوالی چاه آب ولايت تخار به شمول يک زن بالای دو تن به اتهام فعل زنا؛ امروز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۱/ ۱۲/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ يک متهم را به یک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۰ دُره و متهم دوم را به شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند.
اين فيصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
