د لغمان ولايت ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې عمومي رئيس محترم مولوي سلطان محمد (رباني) په مشرۍ؛ د يادې محکمې د دېوانونو رئيسانو، قضائي غړو او د تحريراتو عمومي مدیر په ګډون په ۱۶/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق نېټه د همغږۍ غونډه وشوه.
 غونډه د قرآنکريم د څو مبارکو آياتونو په تلاوت پيل شوه؛ ورپسې د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې عمومي رئيس د ناستې ګډونوالو ته په خاصر کې وويل، د حاضرۍ پابندي وکړئ، پر خپل وخت دندو ته حاضر شئ، د رسمياتو پر مهال خپلې دندې او مسؤوليت ته ژمن پاتې شئ؛ ځکه دا مو ديني او اسلامي وجيبه ده.
د غونډې په دوام د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې رئيس زیاته کړه، ټول قضائي غړي دې د غرمې ډوډۍ په محکمه کې خوري، ترڅو د هېوادوالو او مراجعينو په کارونو کې ځنډ رامنځته نشي.
غونډه د دعا په ویلو پای ته ورسېده.
