د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې اړوند ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې څلورم زون د جزا دېوان د پرېکړې له مخې په (۱۸/۱۰/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق) نېټه د یوې ښځې په ګډون دوو کسانو ته د نا مشروع اړیکو په جرم تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
د کابل ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې څلورم زون جزا دېوان یاد کسان په  یوـ یو کال او شپږـ شپږ میاشتې تنفیذي بند او ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې دغه پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالی مقام له تائید وروسته د یادې محکمې په انګړ کې پر مجرمينو تطبیق شوه.
