خلاصۀ گزارش اجراآت معاونیت قضائی ستره محکمه

معاونیت قضائی ستره محکمه طی ربع دوم سال 1446 اجراآت ذیل را انجام داده‌است:
•    به تعداد (864) قطعه مکاتیب از ارگان‌های مختلف امارت اسلامی افغانستان برای مطالبۀ هدایات قضائی به عنوان معاونیت قضائی ستره محکمه مواصلت نموده‌است که بعد از هدایت معاون صاحب قضائی دوباره به مراجع مربوطه ارسال گردیده‌است.
•    به تعداد (759) قطعه مکتوب بعد از هدایت معاون صاحب قضائی به مراجع مربوطه آن ارسال گردیده‌است.
* به تعداد (3379) قطعه عرایض غرض مطالبات حقوقی و قضائی به معاونیت قضائی مواصلت ورزیده بود که بعد از هدایت این معاونیت احکام و به اصحاب دعوی یا مراجع مطالبه کنندۀ  آن ارسال و به تعداد (564)  قطعه عرایض مسترد گردیده‌است.
