حکم جزای تعزیری بالای سه مجرم و متهم در ولايت فاریاب تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای سه مجرم و متهم در ولايت فاریاب تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ دیوان جزاء محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت فاریاب به شمول یک زن بالای دو تن به جرم فرار دادن و فرار از منزل و يک تن به اتهام لواطت؛ امروز سه شنبه مؤرخ ۱۹/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
دیوان جزاء يک مجرم را به يک سال و شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره، مجرم دوم را به يک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره و متهم را به يک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضورداشت الحاج مولوی علی گل (حمیدی) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت فاریاب، قضات، اعضای قضائی، مسؤولین ملکی، نظامی، علماء کرام و جمع کثیری مردم عام تطبيق شد.
